Bell Agromachina announced that its directors in the board meeting held on 05 December 2013, have approved the reduction of equity share capital of the company from Rs 3,50,00,000 divided into 35,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up to Rs 35,00,000 divided into 3,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and that such reduction be effected by canceling of 31,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each amounting to Rs 3,15,00,000 in the existing paid up equity share capital against debit balance in profit & loss account.
