Asahi India Glass allots equity shares
Of face value of Re 1 each
The committee of Asahi India Glass directors in its meeting held on 17 September 2013 issued and allotted 8,31,62,345 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each for cash at a premium of Rs 29 per equity share to the eligible equity shareholders of the company in the ratio of 13 equity shares for every 25 fully paid equity shares held by the equity shareholders on rights basis as finalized by the company.
