Ideal Optics to hold court convened meeting
On 15 February 2013
Ideal Optics has announced that, pursuant to the order dated 07 January 2013, passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in company application no. 384 of 2012, a meeting of shareholders of the company will be held on 15 February 2013 to approve the scheme of compromise and/or arrangement between the company and its shareholders.
