The board of Vivimed Labs in its meeting on 07 January 2013 has accepted the resignation of Walker, Chandiok & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as statutory auditors of the company.
The board has approved the appointment of P Murali & Co, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as statutory auditors of the company to fill the causal vacancy caused by resignation of the existing statutory auditors.
The board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 31 January 2013.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Rajkumar Dhar as director of the company with effect from closing of business hours on 07 January 2013.
