Pix Transmissions declares special dividend
Of Rs 3 per share
The board of Pix Transmissions in its meeting on 24 November 2012 has declared special dividend at the rate of Rs 3 per share, out of the operating profit and profit on sale of hose division as reported by the company in its un-audited results for the quarter ended 30 September 2012. The special dividend will be paid on or after 14 December 2012.
