Ideal Optics to reduce the paid up share capital
The board of Ideal Optics in its meeting on 24 October 2012 has approved to reduce the paid up share capital of the company by canceling the equity shares of Rs 4.36 crore divided into 43,60,704 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
