Ramky Infrastructure's board approves shareholders agreement with Era Infrastructure (India)
On 14 August 2012
The board of Ramky Infrastructure in its meeting on 14 August 2012 has approved the execution of share holders agreement with Era Infrastructure (India) for dilution of equity in Gwalior Bypass Projects and execution of share purchase agreement for sale of preference shares held in Gwalior Bypass Projects.
