The board has approved the allotment of 33 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to the non-promoters on preferential basis.

The board has approved the issue of 6.5 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to promoters on preferential basis, subject to approval of members.

Further, the board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 26 March 2012.
