Ramky Infrastructure recommends dividend
Of Rs 4.50 per share
The board of Ramky Infrastructure in its meeting on 26 May 2011 has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs 4.50 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2011.
Further, P V Narasimham has resigned as director of the company.
