Peninsula Land equity shareholders to approve scheme of amalgamation
Equity shareholders meeting on 05 January 2011
Peninsula Land has announced that by an Order made on 26 November 2010, in the company summons for direction, the Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the members of Peninsula Land, the applicant company, be convened and held on 05 January 2011, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed amalgamation and arrangement embodied in the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement of Topstar Mercantile Pvt Ltd and Peninsula Land and their respective shareholders and creditors.
