Hitech Plast to consider dividend
Board meeting on 26 June 2010
The board meeting of Hitech Plast will be held on 26 June 2010 to consider and approve the audited annual accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March 2010, to consider and approve the consolidated audited annual accounts of the company (including its subsidiaries) for the year ended 31 March 2010 and to recommend dividend on the equity shares of the company.
