The QIP committee of J Kumar Infraprojects in its meeting on 15 December 2009 has issued and allotted 30,76,785 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of Rs 180.25 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 170.25 per equity share), aggregating to Rs 55,45,90,496.25.
Consequent to the issue and allotment of the equity shares as aforesaid, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from present Rs 24,72,44,200 divided into 2,47,24,420 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Rs 27,80,12,050 dividend into 2,78,01,205 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
