LGB Forge to issue equity shares
On preferential basis
The board of LGB Forge has approved the issue of 6 equity shares of Re. 1 each on preferential basis to the promoters & promoters group to mitigate the problem arising on account of consolidation of equity shares of Re. 1 each into Rs. 10 each.
This was approved at the board meetingheld on 27 November 2009.
