Ester Industries issues debentures
On 21 October 2009
The members of Ester Industries have passed the Special Resolution for issuance of 52,17,392 (in total) Zero Coupon Unsecured Fully and Compulsory Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 5/- each and 21,73,914 Zero Coupon Share Warrants of Rs. 5/- each to shareholders at a price of Rs. 23 per debenture / share warrant.
This was passed at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 21 October 2009.
