BL Kashyap & Sons to change registered office
With effect from 01 November 2008
The board of directors of BL Kashyap & Sons has decided to shift the registered office of the company from the present A-21/B-1, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110 044 to B1 Extension / E-23, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110 044, falling within the jurisdiction of Badarpur Police Station, New Delhi with effect from 01 November 01 2008.
This was decided by the board of directors at its meeting held on 20 October 2008.
