The committee of Cambridge Solutions has allotted 24000 equity shares of Rs 10 each under Cambridge ESOP 2006.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the company has gone up from Rs 11l,34,13,830 comprising of 11,13,41,383 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 111,36,53,830 comprising of 11,13,65,383 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
This was decided by the allotment committee meeting on 17 July 2008.
