West Coast Paper Mills raises funds
Of Rs 85.46 crore
West Coast Paper Mills has made GDR / QIP issues of Rs 85.46 crore. Out of the money raised the company has spent Rs 67.46 crore for the project and the balance amount of Rs 18 crore is lying in the deposit with a bank. Further, there is not deviation from the purpose stated in the offer documents.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 28 January 2008.
