At meeting held on 21 June 2024
The Board of Arihant Capital Markets at its meeting held on 21 June 2024 has approved the divestment of 100% stake held in n its wholly owned subsidiary company viz., Arihant Insurance Broking Services subject to the approval of IRDAI.
