Board of KPI Green Energy approves sub-division of shares
At meeting held on 23 May 2024
The Board of KPI Green Energy at its meeting held on 23 May 2024 has approved sub-division/split of existing equity share of the Company from One equity share having face value of Rs. 10 each, fully paid-up, into 2 (Two) equity shares having face value of Rs. 5 each, fully paid-up.
