Board of Orient Cement recommends final dividend
Of Rs 1.5 per share
Orient Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 1 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
