Board of KPI Green Energy recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.0.20 per share
KPI Green Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 April 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.20 per share (i.e.2%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
