Board of Centum Electronics recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 3 per share
Centum Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 February 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
