Board of RITES recommends Third Interim dividend
Of Rs 4.75 per share
RITES announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 1 February 2024, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 4.75 per equity Share (i.e. 47.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
