Board of Uno Minda approves allotment of 8.19 lakh equity shares under scheme of amalgamation
The Board of Uno Minda at its meeting held on 19 January 2024 has approved the allotment of 8,19,871 equity shares equity shares of Rs. 2 (Two) each to the eligible shareholders of Minda I Connect, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Minda I Connect (Transferor Company) with Uno Minda (formerly known as Minda Industries), as approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, vide its order dated 12 December 2023.
