Board of Ugro Capital approves fund raising via NCD issuance
At meeting held on 17 January 2024
The Board of Ugro Capital will meet on 17 January 2024 inter alia, to consider and approve raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures through private placement basis.
