Satin Creditcare Network has allotted 1,08,36,584 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers at an issue price of Rs 230.70 per equity share (including a premium of INR 220.70 per equity share), which includes a discount of Rs 12.11 per equity share i.e., 4.99% on the floor price, aggregating to Rs 250 crore pursuant to the Issue.
Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the paid up equity share capital stands increased to Rs 1,10,47,09,650 consisting of 11,04,70,965 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
