RBL Bank has allotted 1,71,501 equity shares under ESOP on 21 November 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,21,45,921 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 602,14,59,210 to 60,23,17,422 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 602,31,74,220.
