Board of REC recommends Second Interim Dividend
Of Rs.3.50 per share
REC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 1 November 2023, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.3.50 per share (i.e.35%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
