At the EGM held on 15 January 2007, Genesys International Corporation has accorded to allot 35,30,000 preferential warrants convertible into equity shares of Rs 10 each at a issue price of Rs 19 per equity share to Shoel Malik, promoter of the company.
Further, board has also approved preferential issue of 4,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 19 per equity share to Ravi Kothari, an individual investor.
