Gufic BioSciences raises Rs 99.99 cr via preferential allotment
Allots 33.33 lakh equity shares to Motilal Oswal Financial Services
The Board of Gufic BioSciences at its meeting held on 11 October 2023 has approved the allotment of 33,33,000 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each to Motilal Oswal Financial Services on preferential basis at a price of Rs 300 per share for an aggregating amount of Rs 99.99 crore. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 10,02,77,506 equity shares of Re 1 each.
