Piramal Pharma has allotted 25,032 rights equity shares at a price of Rs 81 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 71 per equity share) (Allotment) to the notified persons that are subject to legal proceedings and were accordingly, kept in abeyance.
Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 1322,92,30,980 to Rs 1322,94,81,300.
