The Board of TVS Supply Chain Solutions on 29 August 2023 approved the following change in directorate :
i. Appointment of R Dinesh (DIN: 00363300) Executive Vice Chairman as Chairman (in executive capacity) of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 29 August 2023.
ii. Appointment of K. Ananth Krishnan (DIN: 10278010) as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 29 August 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
iii. Appointment of Narayan K Seshadri (DIN: 00053563) as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 29 August 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
iv. Cessation of S Mahalingam (DIN: 00121727) from the position of Chairman and Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on August 29, 2023, pursuant to completion of his tenure as Independent Director.
v. Resignation of S Ravichandran (DIN: 01485845), from the position of Non Executive Director with effect from close of business hours on 29 August 2023.
