Board of GNA Axles approves issue of bonus shares
At meeting held on 21 July 2023
The Board of GNA Axles at its meeting held on 21 July 2023 has recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 30 crore to Rs 100 crore.
