Cressanda Solutions has allotted 2,46,49,206 partly paid-up equity shares having face values of Re.1 on rights basis at issue price of Rs. 20 per rights equity share (including the premium of Rs. 19).
Post allotment, the capital structure of the company has increased to 42,31,44,706 equity shares aggregating Rs 42,31,44,706.
