Board of Chalet Hotels approves fund raising for refinancing debt and funding residential project
At meeting held on 03 July 2023
The Board of Chalet Hotels at its meeting held on 3 July 2023 has approved raising of fund raising up to Rs 500 crore for refinancing of high cost debt and fund raising by way of NCDs or any other debt security. The Board also approved raising up to Rs 1000 crore by way of borrowing from the company's promoters for meeting expenses for the residential project at Koramangala, Bengaluru.
