Vardhman Special Steels has allotted 4,06,27,414 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date, i.e. 26 May 2023.
Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 8,12,54,828 equity shares of Rs. 10 each amounting to Rs. 81,25,48,280.
