Board of Uno Minda to consider fund raising up to Rs 1500 cr
At meeting held on 18 May 2023
The Board of Uno Minda at its meeting held on 18 May 2023 raising of funds / issuance of securities upto Rs. 1500 crore, by way of debt issue, qualified institutional placement etc. will also be placed before the Board for consideration, which will be subject to the requisite approvals from the statutory, regulatory and other authorities including the shareholders of the company.
