Board of Vardhman Textiles recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.3.50 per share
Vardhman Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.3.50 per share (i.e.175%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
