Board of Persistent Systems recommends special dividend
Of Rs 10 per share
Persistent Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 April 2023, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
