Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,14,130 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each fully paid-up, pursuant to exercise of stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2019 of the Bank.
Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 19,54,59,24,950 to Rs. 19,54,70,66,250.
