Board of Genesys International Corporation to consider scheme of amalgamation
On 19 December 2022
The Board of Genesys International Corporation will meet on 19 December 2022 to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation / merger of Virtual World Spatial Technologies (VWSTPL) a wholly owned subsidiary, (Transferor Company), with Genesys International Corporation (Transferee Company).
