Laxmi Organic Industries receives NCLT approval for scheme of merger
On 25 August 2022
Laxmi Organic Industries announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, vide hearing convened on 25 August 2022, has sanctioned the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Acetyls Holdings and Yellowstone Chemicals (Transferor Companies with Laxmi Organic Industries (Transferee Company).
