Board of Power Mech Projects to consider fund raising via equity share issue
On 25 August 2022
The Board of Power Mech Projects will meet on 25 August 2022 to consider proposal for raising the funds by issuing equity shares on preferential basis to Promoter(s)/Promoter(s) Group and such other incidental/ancillary matters subject to the approval of shareholders.
