Board of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes approves fund raising up to Rs 800 cr
At meeting held on 18 May 2022
The Board of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes at its meeting held on 18 May 2022 has approved raising up to Rs 800 crore by way of issue of NCDs or equity shares or both.
The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 15 crore to Rs 18 crore.
