Board of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes approves bonus issue of 1:2
At meeting held on 18 May 2022
The Board of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes at its meeting held on 18 May 2022 has approved bonus issue in ratio of 1:2 i.e. one new bonus share of Re 1 each for every two existing fully paid up equity share of Rs 2 each.
