Board of Share India Securities approves NCD issuance up to Rs 150 cr
At meeting held on 14 May 2022
The Board of Share India Securities at its meeting held on 14 May 2022 has approved proposal of raising funds through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) upto Rs. 150 crore in one or more tranches on private placement basis.
