Board of REC recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.4.80 per share
REC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.4.80 per share (i.e.48%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
