Board of KPI Green Energy recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 2.1 per share
KPI Green Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2022, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2.1 per equity Share (i.e. 21%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
