Board of Baid Leasing & Finance Co approves bonus issue of 1:1
At meeting held on 04 May 2022
The Board of Baid Leasing & Finance Co has approved issue of bonus shares in ratio of 1:1. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 17.79 crore to Rs 30 crore. The Board also approved the change in company name to Baid Finserv.
