Poonawalla Fincorp's stake in JV Magma HDI to reduce to 21.52%
Poonawalla Fincorp announced that its shareholding in Magma HDI General Insurance Company (a joint venture) will get reduced from the current 29.321% to 21.522% following proposed capital raise of Rs 449.93 crore by Magma HDI by way of preferential issue to third party investors.
